Run or walk along the Bay Trail and enjoy breathtaking views of the San Francisco Bay-Estuary. Participate in a 10K or 5K run/walk. Procedes from this event help to maintain and enhance the Hayward Shoreline Interpretive Center's educational programs, exhibits, and facilities.
Both races are on a gravel/packed dirt trail and as flat as it gets along the beautiful shoreline. There will be prizes for the first-place winners (male and female) of each race and ribbons for each age group winners. Walkers are welcomed (and encouraged to participate!) but unfortunately dogs cannot be allowed.
